These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Secayó ("Service"), an uptime monitoring service operated by ADEM Digital LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Puerto Rico, USA. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Secayó provides website and API uptime monitoring with the following features:

HTTP/HTTPS, SSL certificate, and domain expiration monitoring
Real-time alerts via WhatsApp and email
Public status pages for your services
Performance analytics and uptime reports

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Secayó offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Free Tier

Our free tier is available for commercial and personal use. We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations or features at any time. Free tier users are subject to the same acceptable use policies as paid users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Abuse or overload our infrastructure intentionally
Interfere with other users' access to the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ADEM Digital LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or trade dress without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADEM DIGITAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ADEM Digital LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, by sending you an email or displaying a notice in the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
