Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, refunds, and cancellations work for Secayó's uptime monitoring service, operated by ADEM Digital LLC.

1. Free Tier

Our free tier is completely free and does not require any payment information. You can use the free tier indefinitely for commercial or personal projects. No refund policy applies to the free tier.

2. Subscription Billing

For paid plans:

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions are billed once per year with a discount equivalent to 2 months free
  • When upgrading mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support
  • You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your monitors and data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted

4. Refund Policy

We offer the following refund options:

Eligible for Refund

  • Technical issues preventing you from using the service, reported within 7 days
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • First-time subscribers within 14 days of initial payment (money-back guarantee)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Partial month refunds for cancelled subscriptions
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@secayo.com with your account email and reason for the refund
  • Include your transaction ID or invoice number if available
  • We will respond within 3 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
