  • Phone number for WhatsApp alerts (optional, with your consent)
  • Billing information (processed securely by Stripe)

  • URLs and endpoints you choose to monitor
  • Monitor check results and incident history
  • Device information, IP address, and browser type

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our uptime monitoring service
  • To send you downtime alerts via WhatsApp and/or email
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To improve our service and develop new features
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse

3. WhatsApp Alerts

When you opt-in to WhatsApp alerts, we use Meta's WhatsApp Business API to send you notifications about your monitored services.

  • Your phone number is used solely to send uptime alerts you have configured
  • We do not store WhatsApp message content after delivery
  • You can disable WhatsApp alerts at any time from your account settings

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers (Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Meta for WhatsApp)
  • When required by law or to respond to legal process
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you)

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Monitor data and logs are retained according to your plan's retention period (3 days to 1 year). After account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
