Secayó is designed for legitimate uptime monitoring purposes. You may use our service to:
- Monitor websites, APIs, and services that you own or operate
- Monitor services for which you have explicit authorization from the owner
- Receive alerts about the availability of your monitored services
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our service:
Illegal or Harmful Activities
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws
- Monitoring services without proper authorization from the owner
- Using the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or impersonation
Service Abuse
- Intentionally overloading our monitoring infrastructure
- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in our systems
- Interfering with other users' access to the service
- Attempting to bypass usage limits or billing mechanisms
Inappropriate Content
- Using the service to distribute malware or malicious content
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications through our alert systems
- Monitoring content that infringes on intellectual property rights
3. Monitoring Guidelines
When configuring monitors, please follow these guidelines:
- Only monitor endpoints you own or have explicit permission to monitor
- Use check intervals appropriate for your needs (avoid excessive checks on third-party services)
- Respect robots.txt and terms of service of monitored sites
4. WhatsApp Alert Guidelines
When using WhatsApp alerts, you agree to:
- Only register phone numbers you own or control
- Ensure you have consent to receive alerts on the registered number
- Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this policy, including:
- Issuing warnings for minor violations
- Temporarily suspending access to the service
- Permanently terminating your account
- Reporting illegal activities to appropriate authorities
